The perfect pop song

I used to think that The Undertones' Teenage Kicks was the perfect pop song. Two and a half minutes of pure pop rock pleasure. You could hear it on the radio whilst driving and just feel great.
I still do think it's a stunning track. Tight, well executed and wholly uplifting. But in recent years my "Drivin'" playlist on the iPod has found a new pretender to the crown in the form of The Dandy Warhols' Bohemian Like You.

This song just oozes quality, fun, style and above all a tremendous "feelgood" factor.

When the mood is right music like this can just carry you along and let you relax in a quite unique way.

Other tracks in the playlist include Janis Joplin's take on Me and Bobby McGee, Queen's Fat Bottomed Girls and The Killer's Somebody Told Me.

Google 'em ;-)
